"Only one faded lightbulb worked in the room. Blankets were thin and temperatures drop very low at night, and there was zero heat in the facility. No bolt on the inside of the door for security. Could hear everything through the walls and ended up leaving early because I had in three layers of clothes on and it was simply too cold to sleep there."

"As a solo female traveler in Peru, I booked this because the pictures looked decent. Booked for three nights. Got there and spent just a few hours before leaving. Was not in an area I felt comfortable in at all. The door and walls of the room were very thin. It was very dark in the hallways. The door wouldn’t even lock properly. Ended up booking elsewhere and Expedia/the hotel refused to refund me for the nights I didn’t even stay here. Would not recommend booking through Expedia again"

"This hotel was completely misrepresented online. There is no spa, no sauna, no spa, no breakfast, no restaurant. The suite was dirty, there were no towels, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no hot water in the shower and there was standing water in it when we went to turn it on. The sink would not drain. The jacuzzi tub took over 40 mins to fill after we got hot water. Then it would not turn on, once we got someone to help us turn it on (they had to go downstairs and turn on a breaker) the...

"Didn’t have my reservation. Left me in the lobby alone for 45 minutes at check in. Tried to charge me several times after I had already paid. Hot water didn’t work. No lid on toilet seat."
