The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! ."

"We loved Villa Nicky it was everything we wanted. The townhome had everything we needed, from towels to paper products. The location was close to town and beautiful. Marco and Magda were wonderful hosts actually one of the best we have encountered using VRBO. They left us complimentary coffee, wine and water which made us so happy after our red eye flight. Marco would text us suggestions of what to do which we truly appreciated. They even brought us a blender due to a craving for Pina Coladas....

"The house was great for 3 couples. Plenty of space and a beautiful pool. The grill needed to be replaced and there was a broken door handle, but otherwise it was perfect for our group. We enjoyed seeing all the iguanas. The beach was easily accessed."

"Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!"

"What a spectacular property! It definitely exceeded our wildest expectations! The pool and hot tub are ridiculously big…and the swim up bar is what you would expect in an all inclusive resort! The views are amazing. We even saw dolphins swimming by :D The kitchen is a chef’s dream…fully stocked with everything you could need…and cleanup is definitely not an issue with that view! The house is extremely spacious and well decorated. The Spanish style villa was the perfect vacation vibe..truly felt...

We only spent 1 night as we passed through but there was many great food options for our night and morning. Nelson was easy to reach upon our arrival to get the key code and give us directions to enter the property. We really enjoyed the outside space and pool."

"Good location (we felt safe), excellent communication with manager, the place was comfortable, spacious, we enjoyed it (family group of 8). The terrace was a big plus. It had TV on the living room and on each of the three rooms. The a/c units worked well. We will recommend it. Still, it really needed more towels, silverware, and kitchen utensils, they were extremely worn down. Also, the living room TV remote didn’t work, we couldn’t use it. The place needs a little of TLC."
