Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom plus den bungalow includes Stainless Steel appliances, granite kitchen, and private heated and chilled (in summer) pool. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge with water/ice, dishwasher and microwave. Small appliances including toaster, and coffee Washer and dryer as well. Sleeping accommodates up to 6. Master bedroom with king bed (2), second bedroom with queen (2), third bedroom two twins (2). Master bedroom has private ensuite including separate shower and tub and huge walk-in closet. Large main bathroom with tub/shower unit. Beautiful back yard surrounding private heated pool with patio/umbrella set, outdoor eating area, fire pit with seating, beautifully finished covered area with Gas barbecue and ceiling fan. Very comfortable living room includes 50' HD flat screen TV (32' in master bedroom)and 40" in spare room. wireless Bluetooth sound bar.. All linens provided. We provide hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, pool towels, pillows, blankets and sheets for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy our two adult cruiser bicycles! Parking in the garage with auto door opener. Private heated pool in the back yard with no adjacent two story houses. Guest access to three neighbourhood heated pools, Hot tubs, tennis courts, pickle ball courts ,pitch and put and San Tan Highlands Golf Course and Bar/Restaurant.

We enjoyed the very comfortable warm pool every day of our stay. The house was wonderful. It had all the amenities we needed. The property was exactly as it was described in the description. The beds were comfortable. Very nice property in a great location. We were close to everything we needed. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Beautiful home, very clean , quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay with the grand kids. Would highly recommend and will stay again if it's available on our next trip to visit family.

Wonderful home away from home

This was a beautiful home in a great location! We appreciated Sue’s communication with us at booking and during check-in to make it a smooth and easy process. We loved the pool and outdoor space just as much as we were comfortable throughout the home. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling to this area!

This property is beautiful. It is very quiet and relaxing and truly feels like home away from home. Supplies are well stocked and everything is very clean too. The beds are comfortable and the pool is very fun and well maintained. The neighborhood is nice and safe with any business amenities that you might need right outside of the neighborhood on Hunt Hwy. The host is very polite and will help you out in any way that she can. I highly recommend for anybody reading this review to stay at this home during your stay in the the San Tan Valley area. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

My favorite place to stay!!

With my mom and other family members living in AZ, this has become my home away from home. This property is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoying trip. I only stay here when I'm in town. Not to mention Sue is the best!!

Perfect stay

The host was fantastic and very accommodating. The house included everything we needed and was very clean. The pool was in excellent condition, warm, and plenty big enough for our family of three adults, and three children. Definitely will be back.

Nice clean pool, quiet neighborhood

The house is nice, lots of dishes if you do have more people in your group. A single car garage you can park in. A tv in every bedroom. Very clean and tidy. I was there solo to hangout in the pool and catch some rays and relax. Its a quiet neighborhood which made it all the better. Patio furniture was so comfy I almost wanted to sleep on the outside couch. Pool is warm and clean and delightful. Sue is very responsive to texts, which is always a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property!!

Our host was great to communicate with. The house itself was perfect. The pool is heated, unlike many that advertise as such. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, with plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. The kitchen was extremely usable, with all the dishes and utensils one would need for any meal. The area was very nice! We utilized the community pool one day, as the girls wanted a change of scenery. Overall great stay! Highly recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our two weeks staying at this property. It was wonderful that our host even had a Christmas tree and decorations for us to use as we were there for Christmas. The pool was very nice with the pool heat included (no daily charge like rentals in FL). The development had wonderful amenities. We especially enjoyed the pickleball courts! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and even spices and condiments.The beds were all very comfortable as well. It was a bit of a drive to get to Mesa and Phoenix, but it was also nice to be away from all of the busy traffic and congestion of Phoenix

Family visit

This property is awesome! We had all we could ask for in this property. We swam everyday! We cooked and we had all the dishes and cookware. We could all sit around 1 table and eat. We had enough linens and towels and the bathrooms were very nice. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely use this house again when we return!

Super property and host

Stayed two months as “snowbirds.” Property was just as listed but stocked like none other, maintained superbly. The pool was heated perfectly and well maintained with all the equipment. Quietl, nice area. Owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Hope to return.

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay very much. In fact, we have rebooked to stay again in September. It was 115° outside and we made great use of the pool as that was I the only logical thing to do in that heat. The house was well equipped. My granddaughter really enjoyed the toys too. We look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful place - Attentively Organized & excellent host (Sue).

Property is great, very clean & organized (furnishings/TV's in each bedroom) w/ (heated) pool and backyard furnishings to enjoy the sun and weather. Stayed for several weeks & very much enjoyed it. Host Sue is excellent, attentive & very kind / professional, again, very well organized. Johnson Ranch Golf course nearby, but as we are not much of golfers, not able to comment on the nearby course but plenty of reviews on google for that. Would definitely stay again, A+.

Great place for a family vacation!

My mom and sister lives nearby and my son and his family came down to celebrate family members with birthdays in August. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, pot/pans, small appliances, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of extra linens and the master bedroom is very spacious. Sue is a great host and provides all the information you need to enjoy the property and have a greattime..

Well Stocked Home Away From Home

Perfect home for a relaxing family stay. Close to all amenities, stocked with every toy, luxury of everyday living and recreational equipment needed for making fun family memories. Plenty of pool towels and pool floats to borrow. Lots of extra supplies, so check with owner before packing unnecessary items. You could literally arrive with clothing only! Owner is very responsive and quick to communicate.

Pool was nice. The area in back yard that was gravel was dirty and should be finished with another product. House was nice. It was not as clean as previous VRBO house we had just been in.
