Room was not available

We booked this room and did not get a response saying it was not available. Thank goodness the owner left their phone number and we were able to contact them. We were told the room was being rented out and VRBO did not take it off their site. We were left scrambling that evening looking for new rooms.

Never got access to the house!!!

I booked the house a month ago but never got the access code to get into the house. I tested the host numerous times and called until the voicemail was full. NO RESPONSE!!!
