"Room was clean but shower was broken, they didn’t charge the bed sheets, instead, the just rearranged it!! "

"Our room was very clean and we enjoyed it for our stay. Although it was smaller than we expected but the bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. We liked the view from the room straight up the road towards the Obelisco (not direct sightline). The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was with the food. Our room service was not great and arrived barely hot. Breakfast was also hit and miss. The system was never explained to us - we did not know until the last day we could order eggs or omelettes. The breakfast buffer was also hit and miss with what was there. It seemed it wasn't always filled up regularly so if it was gone, it was gone. This was consistent during our stay. In summary, good hotel in a great location but could do with improving breakfast and room service. "

"Mérit San Telmo is a beautiful hotel in a great position in BA. It is very close to all the central amenities. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. I think this hotel is under rated."
