Apartment 'Nido' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

It is a few hundred meters from the natural beach of Punta Molara, the vacation home Nido is located within a residence in an absolutely quiet location, surrounded by the green Sardinian vegetation. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and has a room with an equipped equipped kitchen, double bed and a bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 2 people. The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, usable outside, air conditioning and TV cable. Outside there is an appurtenant garden with a small octagonal veranda, a barbecue and natural shade. You can enjoy delicious meals in the shade, tan in the sunny warmth or cool off in the communal pool. The natural beach of Punta Molara is right in front 600 meters from the front door, and other beaches are a maximum of 15 minutes away by car. The beach of Cala Juniper, sand, pebbles, and rocks, is 600 meters from the rental, 6 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car, and Cala Girgolu bay 3.5 km away is 6 minutes by car, Brandinchi beach, as well as that of Lu Impostu and Porto Taverna are 5 km away. The sandy beach La Cinta, in San Teodoro, is 8 km and 10 minutes away by car, while in the center of San Teodoro (9 km and 15 minutes by car) you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and especially in the evening there is a populated movida of teens and adults.
Please note that the Wi-Fi signal strength is optimal outside; inside, the signal may decrease.

Wonderful time

Pros: It was comfortable, tidy and clean, and the host very friendly. The location is really nice, quiet and calm and not far from a small beautiful beach (10 minutes walking). The swimming pool is a plus! But I recommend to have a car to arrive and go to the nearest commerce. You can also reach other beautiful beaches by 10 -15 minutes car distance.

Pros: Beautiful architectur of the house , pool area and garden. The appartement is beautiful charming italian style. The owner is very friendly and uncomplicated. Cons: The appartement needs a new bed that is a bit higher and more confortable also the kitchen needs a update (plates, glasses, etc.) are a bit oldschool. But all in all it is a besutiful appartment for this price

Super Vermieter, Lage etwas schwerer zu erreichen

Pros: Die lage des Hauses war nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen, daher empfehlen wir ein Auto über RecordGo zu mieten. Der Pool war sehr schön und die Aufsicht auf das Meer auch. Das Meer ist in 10 Minuten zu fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist super lieb und hilfsbereit.
