Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We tried to take a late check out in lieu of missing our first night: given that is low season and the hotel was almost empty, you'd think they'd show some good will. No: they wanted to charge €120 for us to stay in our room until 5pm. Food is very average. It's a relaxing resort, but the mentality to fleece guests is disgusting. It wouldn't happen in Greece!  I'd avoid this island and the resort based on the hotel staff and taxi driver's behaviour, as one receptionist agreed with me that their approach was a cultural issue/nuance.

Beautiful place but need improve. The gym area it is not for a 5 stars review. It looked completely abandoned. A few machines dated and the only one treadmill does not work. Disaster. The girl at front desk said that we can go to run on the street.. so unbelievable.. the food was not as expected and the breakfast as well .. so limited. Trust me I am from USA the 5 stars hotels comes with an incredible breakfast buffet, this one was cheap !

In the hottest season and day, the AC was broken and 3 reports of its malfunction never got it fixed. I was asked to sleep with the doors open for air. No compensation, only a robotic "I'm sorry madam" there is nothing I can do.

Bella struttura con mare stupendo

L'hotel gode di una posizione unica, inserito nel bel Consorzio Puntaldia. Struttura curata e ben gestita; bella spiaggia con la vista sull'isola di Tavolara. Molti spazi verdi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cani ben accetti. Unica nota negativa il collegamento wifi in camera. Il segnale era a volte assente o arrivava solo in alcuni punti della stanza. Peccato! Abbiamo fatto presente la situazione e speriamo che l'anno prossimo venga risolto il problema. Nel complesso, comunque, hotel sicuramente da consigliare

Bellissimo, un soggiorno da favola

Personale eccellente. Noi abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento nella settimana del 15 agosto e ci hanno assegnato una camera standard. La pulizia della camera è buona ma il bagno non te lo aspetteresti in un hotel a cinque stelle dove paghi 430 euro a notte con la colazione! La vasca è di trent'anni fa e la doccia con la nappa ti fa allagare tutto, la finestrina da sul corridoio di fronte al ristorante dove ci sono gli aspiratori un po' rumorosi della cucina! Un po' opprimente. Al mattino ti sveglia il rumore dei piatti che risuonano dalla cucina! Il resto eccezionale! Cucina eccellente e disponibilità massima! Purtroppo la spa non l'abbiamo potuta testare perché non c'era posto.
