Was in room 72 out of the property up the road which was inconvenient having to walk so far to breakfast and back again when dark. Quiet room but with a TV that had no signal for any station which was a waste of time!
Good points were the breakfast which had hot and cold selections and plenty of choice. Stella was fabulous in her information office and couldn't do enough to help with tours and bus times. Free bus outside the hotel is great for a meal in San Teodora and a walk back burns off the calories. Pool opens at 9.00 so no bed reserving and first come first served. Water was delicious. Food in the restaurant at night was top class. The bar served snacks during the day and icecreams which were welcomed with 30°+ every day. Beach is small with seaweed and stones so the pool was definitely the better option. Lifeguard on duty too

Nice resort with good swimmingpool and beach
The beach directly at the hotel is NOT the private beach area. This is a public beach. If you want the small private beach, you need to pay 20 EUR p.p. extra for transport and beds/umbrella.
Rooms are good but our toilet was one from hell. In the middle of the night it made soo much noise that it was scary.
Besides that, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. San Teodoro is around 15 min was and really fun during the evening (all kind of shops and a market).

I didn't like that it was not clear that our unit was not part of the physical hotel location. It was offsite. I wasn't expecting to have what could have been an Air BNB. Not a long walk to main hotel but still inconvenient. I think it's important to describe this at time of booking. Otherwise everything else was very good.

We liked the unique layout of the hotel, lovely to be next to the seasite. The breakfast is great, seimmingpool is nice and clean and the place is very peaceful.
But....we booked a room WITH tv, but the connection was out of ouder till first of june. We booked the hotel because it was supposed to be next to the bus stop, we are not great drivers ..but ...the bus doesnt go, untill the first of june...the ladies at the reception didnt know anything about their own village; times for opening supermarket, busstation to go to the airport, opening time of the local museum, they adviced us very expensive car rental, didnt have a map, and called a taxi on the last day that charged us 25 euro s more than the one on the first day. ( 85,00 for 30 kms)
Still we enjoyed the stay and next time we know what to do to make the stay even better...
We booked a
This property is stunning. It’s right on the beach. Has a beautiful restaurant on site. Great breakfast buffet. Great air conditioning in rooms. Has a nice inground pool. The grounds are stunning and well kept. It’s only a 10 minute walk to a very vibrant town that wakes up at night. It’s a total vacation town! Please be aware that the walk to the town is uphill, which is fine if you are able bodied. It’s the best area to stay for the beaches of North east Sardinia. We enjoyed the walk up the hill to the town and back to the hotel after eating delicious Italian food, this place is a great value and the services they provide ensure that you visit the right places and go to the perfect beaches. The front desk and Stella are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I want to give this place the best rating possible however there’s a Disco tech next-door on the beach that plays the loudest music every night of the week.. until 4 AM , if you’re a heavy sleeper then great this is the place for you but if you’re a light sleeper, sadly, you may want to choose a different place. The loudest music and bass ever! can be heard for very far distances. Our room was nowhere near that disco Tech, and we still felt the vibrating. Either way, if you can deal with the bass vibrating your bed I can’t think of a hotel that I would’ve rather stayed at, this place was great. Rooms are older but very functional and in good condition. Your in this part of Sardinia for the incredible beaches!
Lovely hotel situated right on the beach with great pool area and lovely grounds. Clean room, with great view of the sea. Staff were friendly. Free private parking and a nice breakfast buffet.
Absolutely fabulous place to stay, can't recommend enough. Everything you could need and more. Easy walk into a beautiful town and people were super friendly.
Will be back.
Lovely hotel with nice pool and beautiful beach. The bar/restaurant is very cool with lovely view of the beach. Breakfast is good and bar prices reasonable. Only downside for us was the music coming from the nightclub over the road late at night but we got used to it after a few days. Ideal for a chilled out beach holiday
