Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, aber die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr schlecht! (nach der Buchung konnte man im Kleingedruckten lesen)Keine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klima, Mülltüten, Wlan und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch, aber 5 separate Mülleimer auf dem Balkon, sehr gemütlich. Der hohe Preis kann nur der zentralen Lage zur Stadt geschuldet sein.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Bäder sind frisch saniert und die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Aber das WIFI funktioniert kaum (auch auf Nachfrage nicht), paralleles duschen in zwei Bädern führt zur Halbierung der Wasserration, und - vieles kostet extra: Klimaanlage, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Nutzung der Waschmaschine. Muss man wissen, weil es um einiges teurer wird...

Pulizie da rivedere e poco attenzione al cliente

Buona posizione, ma dopo questa le cose positive sono finite. Prezzo elevato per i non servizi offerti, vi raccomando di portarvi da casa un pò tutto, in ordine sparso: Sapone per le mani, sapone per le stoviglie, shampoo, lenzuoli ed asciugamani (se nn li portate sono 40€ in due). Al portone dell’appartamento al nostro arrivo i piccioni avevano fatto un lavoro a modo, difficile superare le scale senza pestare gli escrementi. Non abbiamo chiesto di cambiar camera ma solo che fosse pulito. Tutto ciò non è avvenuto, siamo rimasti delusi. Ps: le foto sono di 3giorni diversi, la situazione non migliorava

Bellissimo residence a due passi dal centro

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti a Giugno 2023. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro ma col vantaggio di essere super silenzioso. Il nostro appartamento era molto carino e pulito, in generale il residence è davvero bello e tenuto bello secondo noi. Accoglienza ottima, il personale super gentile e disponibile. Ampio parcheggio, esperienza sicuramente positiva. Unica nota a sfavore è il rapporto qualità prezzo perché nel pernottamento non sono inclusi né asciugamani, biancheria da letto né l'aria condizionata (noi ci siamo portati tutto da casa) però questo aspetto è sicuramente migliorabile. Per il resto lo consiglio vivamente

Ottima posizione, il parcheggio interno un must. Molto carino l’esterno nel verde con sdraio a disposizione di tutti. Il resto dipende dall’educazione delle persone (per quando riguarda rumori e disturbi notturni, male i primi giorni poi silenzio assoluto).

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Betten waren leider ziemlich unbequem und es wäre gut zu wissen gewesen, dass man die gesamte Grundausstattung (Salz & Pfeffer, Öl, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtuch, Schwamm, Spüli, Müllbeutel) selber mitbringen muss.
