La struttura è situata in una posizione eccellente, nel pieno centro di San Teodoro, e ha davvero un grande potenziale che purtroppo non viene valorizzato. La casa è spaziosa e dispone di due giardini, uno all’ingresso e uno sul retro. Tuttavia, durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato diversi aspetti negativi: l’erba era stata tagliata ma lasciata nei giardini, alcune porte non si chiudevano correttamente, il WC era instabile, la pulizia generale era insufficiente e mancava l’aria condizionata, un’assenza importante soprattutto in estate. È un vero peccato, perché la casa è bella e con una maggiore cura della manutenzione e della pulizia potrebbe offrire un’esperienza decisamente migliore.
