"Comfort room was fab, really clean and modern, staff were fantastic, Fabrizo on reception was warm, welcoming and informative. The ladies looking after the breakfast room were polite and kept everything running very smoothly. Parking was easy, safe and plentiful. We had a wonderful stay thank you. "

"We had a very nice stay in San Teodoro. This was a comfortable and clean house with everything we needed. Easy to get into the house with a keypad and then a key. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals and there’s a nice little back porch area. Although it is in a somewhat busy location it was very quiet and relaxing. And the hosts were easy to communicate with. We only wish we had time to stay longer. La Cinta beach was very close by. Beautiful beach but super crowded in August. We were able to walk about 20 min to the lively downtown area. We took a couple day trips by car to some other area beaches. We had a very nice stay."

"The kindness of the owners and staff in general is indisputable good. It was our first time to a 3 star hotel and We couldn’t understand how it is even possible for such a dated hotel to be rated with stars, never mind 3! The bedroom wasn’t ready after checking in and we were given the keys to the bedroom regardless. When we opened the door the door bashed to the bed because of the size of the bedroom. There is a light in the middle of the headboard which didn’t work and therefore it is for exteriors. Electric socket are low in number and one of them was sinking behind the plate potentially being dangerous also there are no socket with usb. Internet is terrible and the tv is so small , the safe is small and dated, there is no fridge or kettle or a chair to seat. The bathroom is also dated really not hygienic the curtain around the shower. Everything is so old and date. The first nigh we couldn’t sleep between the bedsheets because there was a mark of urine in the middle disgusting also the smell. There were no showers gel or shampoo only one cheep soap bar and when we requested mire we were told tomorrow . Breakfast… with flies and wasps to the food which look disgusting regardless they have a self service coffee machine and coffee is disgusting, no toaster no bread. You have to pay 20€ per day to rent the umbrella and chaise lounge at their beach spot cash only without receipt! All in all for the price of 190 euros per night absolutely a big NO! "

"Great location, and good sized apartment. We arrived in the middle of summer and unfortunately the ceiling fan in the main bedroom wasn’t working. Thankfully Nicole was very responsive and organised a portable A/C unit which made the rest of the stay more comfortable. "

"We had high hopes for this place as the description seemed well suited for our mixed family. Communication through WhatsApp with the management company was easy at first. We arrived early on Sardinia and wanted to check in early. There were mixed messages that 3pm or 4pm was proper check in. We were given the code finally at 3pm, only to be all in to a completely filthy, not cleaned apartment. And a very HOT area.Cleaning crew arrived after I said some nasty words to the company…There IS a parking space and this is key.We waited an hour in sweltering hot and tired for cleaning to finish. We were left with one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet Paper for the week. So you definitely have to purchase your own necessities.The trash situation is very confusing on the island. Be prepared. The bins are not clearly Marked at the home. In addition we purchased cheap beach chairs and umbrella as the ones leftover at the house are rusted and rotten. The showers are small and completely spray water everywhere so it’s constantly wet in the bathroom which is dangerous to walk on. I had asked for extra towels with the cleaning crew, but if not we would have had 2 towels each for 5 days. And nothing to mop up the water from the shower.We bought a fan for the upstairs bedroom as it was over 90 degrees F in there. No a/c and unhealthy heat.Overall the location is ideal but attention needs to be paid to the details. "

"The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever been to. The host was very accommodating. The hotel itself is in need of work. We could not get hot water even after letting the sink run for 6 min as instructed, there was no lighting in the hallway so we had to use our phone flashlights, the room balcony door did not close, the balcony was dirty and rusty, light in toom was flickering... overall we had a great time, and maybe we were just early in the season and they hadnt fully prepped yet."
