Wonderful

Sofia, Rodrigo, Matteo, Benjamin, Claudio, Chef Camillo, Javier and Fernanda were absolutely the highlight of our stay in terms of kind and genuine staff members. They truly exemplified hospitality.
Food quality was excellent. Chef Camillo was truly world-class, amazing attention to detail and truly understands farm to table.
Carolina Ruiz from guest services, was dismissive and wasn’t knowledgeable. Hospitality management seemed lacking as she was very defensive and aloof, she wanted to just end the conversation or questions and move on to other things.
Limited amenities in the room, no shower caps, vanity amenities, etc. Sauna wasn’t open even though the website said it is finished in 2025. Default wine at every meal was rose… literally rose all day.
The rooms are quirky but very comfortable and spotless. The food is outstanding- ingredients from the property’s farm and orchard, exquisite presentation and service. We enjoyed the tours of the winemaking facility and of the farm. Outstanding experience!

If I could rate this place 11/10 I would. Despite the fact the hotel and surrounding grounds are incredible, the staff and experiences are what make this place. We have never been somewhere with such exceptional service. Would highly recommend the trip out of Santiago to anyone visiting Chile
The grounds are transcendent. We felt like we were on top of the world with the location of the hotel on the hill and the views were magnificent. The staff was courteous. The food was Michelin Star quality.
Vik Chile was an epic stay full of natural beauty, sustainable practices, farm to table food, and award winning wine. All staff were helpful, kind, and professional. The food was artistic and creative and most importantly, delicious! Thanks for a wonderful stay Vik!
Amazing. From the start to the end. We had an excellent time. Sebastian and Rodrigo stand out as great hosts along with the rest of the attentive staff. The food is perfect, the wine, the views. Everything is amazing.
Honest opinion from someone who has traveled a lot
My stay was “full experience”, which means that all meals (+wine) were included, and also some activities
The property is absolutely beautiful! The hotel has a bold architectural style and is full of incredible works of art!
All the staff are very well trained, kind and welcoming. The service is one of the highlights!
I stayed in the “Holograph” chalet, the room is amazing, the views incredible! Bed is wonderful, the bed linen and towels are of extraordinary quality, as are the bath products - compatible with the price of the daily rate charged.
The shower was a complete disappointment, absolutely horrible! Taking a shower was almost torture, since I only stayed one night I overlooked it, however, if I had to stay for more days, it would certainly be intolerable. The hair dryer was also terrible, considering the standards that the hotel is supposed to have, it is almost unacceptable, it was worse than those of the Ibis hotel chain.
Breakfast: very good, as expected.
Lunch: nothing special, average food. Below expectations
Dinner: very good! Gastronomic experience consistent with what is expected
Horseback riding: fun, I noticed the special care taken with the animals and the very kind and friendly driver
Winery tour: standard
Look, the hotel is incredible, but I don't think I would stay there again for the price. The exclusivity that it promises is lost in the details, u have to reserve a time for the jacuzzi/sauna, there are not enough lounge chairs at the pool, etc
We stayed at VIK Chile for two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The property is spectacular, with striking architecture, beautiful vineyards and breathtaking surroundings. It is a truly unique destination, and the staff were always welcoming, courteous and eager to help.
However, considering the price and positioning of the hotel, we expected a more consistent luxury experience. Our room would benefit from better maintenance, particularly the bathtub, vanity and some of the finishes.
The culinary experience was mixed. We appreciated the signature welcome drink served on arrival, but offering guests the choice between an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic version would be more fitting for a luxury hotel built around its world-class winery. Our first dinner was disappointing and lacked the attention to detail we expected, although other meals during our stay were much better and demonstrated the quality the hotel is capable of delivering.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and left with many wonderful memories. With greater consistency in room maintenance and the dining experience, VIK could truly live up to its exceptional setting and reputation.

ViK Chile is a unique boutique hotel in Chile that takes their wine making very seriously. Her in ViK Chile, we were exposed to the organic way of making fine Carmenere.
Beautiful and modern facilities. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The views are AMAZING. The vineyard is breathtaking. Would definitely stay there again.
Room was unique and had the most beautiful view of any hotel I’ve ever been in. And it was clean and comfortable too. Amenities were amazing. Gym had a peloton, spa had a lot of options, and pool was beautiful and clean. Every aspect of the hotel was carefully chosen and artistic. The activities were great like the chocolate and wine pairing, garden tour, and tour of the vineyard. The staff was great and went above and beyond!!! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fantastic!! Legitimately the coolest hotel I’ve ever been to and more than worth the price.
The property is incredible - breathtaking views and stunning building. Good facilities. Great food and activities. The wine tour was excellent.
But unfortunately the service levels are not up to what you would expect from a 5* Property with this price tag. The staff are earnest and trying their best but training feels very lacking for what this place is trying to achieve.
For example, we ordered tea - it took 20 mins to arrive and when it arrived it was only half a cup… and when we asked for more hot water the waiter did not understand and walked away without resolution… so I had to go to our room to fill up the water.
There’s currently building works going on at the property and directly outside our room the works were exposed in a way that really affected the view.
The volume of service errors here just added up to mean that as it stands I could not recommend a trip to this place and would not return - which I am very sad to say.
Hopefully the service will improve in the future so that this place can live up to the potential it really does have.
Two and a half hours from Santiago, hotel is located in a great setting. Striking architecture (both hotel and winery) with each room individually decorated. Great food & fantastic wine, lots of things to do if you want to be active (bikes, horses, walks) and many options to relax too (spa, pool). Excellent service and attention to detail, you will be pampered.
