"Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere."

"I have been staying in few hotels in Clark City and I can say that The Mansion is the Best Hotel I have stayed in. Staff are all very friendly specially Jerick Ferrer. I highly recommend this Hotel specially for families. It has alot of family friendly activities and Pools. Worth every penny! You ate making the right choice if you stayed in this Hotel."

"We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star."

"Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. "We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it).
