Spuma di Mare is a comfortable house close to the sea (only 80 meters away), located in San Vito lo Capo, Sicily.
The residence consists of 2 independent apartments: Delfino and Riccio.
Both apartments have a large private outdoor area, furnished with garden furniture. The Delfino apartment (located on the first floor) also has a terrace-solarium with sea view.
The two lodgings have welcoming and bright interiors, furnished in a modern style and equipped with all the mod cons.
Spuma di Mare is also an excellent base for discovering the enchanting scenery of north-western Sicily: from the very close Zingaro nature reserve, the medieval village of Erice to the historic centres of Trapani and Marsala, with their historic wine cellars and ancient salt pans dotted with windmills, the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte and the Egadi Islands.

Included in the rental price: weekly, 2 hour clean of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
