My apartment, part of a complex of 5 houses, is located on a plateau 8 minutes walking distance from the village and the beach, with parking space near the front door.
The house consists of 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 1 bed and fan shovels, living room with air conditioning with sofa bed 2 places, separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms, both with shower.
On the outside, large terrace, sea view on the part of the Gulf of San Vito Lo Capo, equipped with table and chairs and external shower.

The property was nice and relatively close to beach- uphill climb though. Unfortunately the property was not very clean- hairs everywhere from the last guests and sheets not fresh and stains on the towels. Slightly dissappointing with respect to cleanliness.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und funktional eingerichtet. Die Terrasse hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den kleinen Hafen von San Vito. Das Zentrum und der Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar und die Vermieter unglaublich nett. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und kommen wieder.

Guten Tag Wir haben unseren Urlaub in San Vito lo Capo sehr genossen. Ein sehr sauberes Haus, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt, eine wunderbare Aussicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es ist ihm auch wichtig dass man sich in seinem Haus wohlfühlt und es einem an nichts fehlt. Ich kann dieses Haus sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlurlaub in San Vito

Eine geräumige praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, ein herrlicher Blick von der Terrasse auf den Hafen von San Vito und vor allem unglaublich nette Vermieter und Ansprechpersonen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
