The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was having to replace my key multiple times. Other then that small issue, everything else was great

My reservation was to be paid on-site and when I arrived they had already charged the 3 days in advance. The beds had mattresses in terrible condition. I didn't have WiFi for a single day.

Everything is good for me and my family because a have Denny's next to and other places around the motel, and the most important so close to the cross border xpress, the service is fine too.

Check in was pretty easy but the key kept having issues when entering the room. Too much noise at night , I stayed for 4 nights and the first 3 had guys yelling and laughing by the parking lot. Same people I saw for three nights straight. The 4th night had kids running around the second floor down to the parking lot. The floor was not mopped at least, I had Clorox wipes with me so I had to do a quick wipe up myself just so I didn’t feel the dirt on my feet.
Had to wipe the floor myself because it was so dirty.

We had an early flight in Tj the next day so decided to stay overnight near by. Booked this room based off the pictures. When we got there the room was no where near to what the pictures showed. The room was awful and dirty. We were scared to sleep in the bed. Everything was worn down or broken. Would never stay here again. The check in staff was nice and helpful but the condition of the property was awful.

The front desk really rude, I told her the tv doesn’t work, there was no internet at all also also I asked for a room with the fridge and microwave since I have a baby. I need it for his meals and bottle and I paid for that service and at the moment the night service
