"The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were cold, limited breakfast choices, little fresh fruit mostly canned. For some reason an attendant positioned behind a food table handled selections for smoked salmon, cheeses, pastries, etc. Why? To control the portions? Thinking the guests would take too much? The walls in the room are thin. I would hear someone next door removing clothing from hangers in the closet."

"Hotel Serenella was fantastic. It was located in a wonderful old part of the town. The staff was welcoming and professional. Everything could be reached by walking and there were wonderful restaurants to eat. Directions from the Hotel were excellent and they were very quick in responding to any of your questions. "We stayed at Truly Verona from 5th to 7th june 2024 The check in was flawless .the apartment was clean. It totally lived up the pictures shown on Hotels.com The communication with the staff was excellent- as they had given us a whatapp number to communicate. We didnt have any toilet paper in the apartment when we arrived - they delivered asap. We Needed a drying rack, softer pillows - they delivered asap ! We needed advice on where to eat , where to visit , what bus to take etc and they were fully on it ! We needed a slight extension on check out - they were totally fine with it!! The service given was more than outstanding . Would highly recommend and would definitely come again. Only regret i have is that i did not take down the gentleman's name who helped us so much!!! ( but all the staff were friendly too) ! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant🙏🙏"

"This is a beautiful property located steps from all the attractions in Verona. Milena at the front desk is so lovely and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in and around the city. Our room was elegant and spacious with everything we needed. A very comfortable bed and a great shower were much appreciated. Breakfast is offered in the morning for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we can highly recommend this hotel."

"Accessibility to Lake Garda and nearby Riva was excellent, giving you alternatives for shopping, sightseeing and eating. The view of the lake was breathtaking and accommodation first class. The facilities inside the complex were exceptional. The staff were so friendly and hardworking and service was first class. I would happily return for another visit. "
