"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. She was very friendly. Thankyou for a nice stay "

"This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open."

"Well, I picked this b&b because of all the great reviews and have to disagree. I stay over 180 days a night in hotels and b&bs (for personal travel) and this place was unique. It was like staying at your friend's grandparents' place where you didn't know if you were really welcomed or not. "Che dire, la struttura è veramente top, ci abbiamo soggiornato un weekend ed è stato tutto fantastico!!! Sono convinto che per una prima notte insieme con la mia nuova compagna non avrei potuto scegliere di meglio, soddisfattissimi!!! Per non parlare delle 2 ore in esclusiva nella jacuzzi sul terrazzo vista lago, da favola!!! Colazione incredibile, non manca nulla!!! "Voor een wat langer verblijf mis je wel een klein keukentje (alleen koelkast en magnetron aanwezig). De eigenaresse is een echte dierenliefhebber. Persoonlijk vind ik een 5-tal honden wel wat veel. Verder is het een prachtige B&B op een mooie locatie in het buitengebied. De kamers zijn keurig verzorgd en je kunt heerlijk zwemmen in het mooie zwembad. "Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic."
