Once you make your down payment, the hotel reaches out to let you know they have a 65 euro cleaning fee (and the rooms aren’t very clean), 30-50 euro check in fee depending on the time, towels are 10 euro, AC is 15 euro per day, and there are daily fees that accrue that amount to about 12 euro per day per person. "Enjoyed our stay very much. Very well located hotel in an attractive setting on the coast and beach. Well appointed clean rooms. Beautifully maintained grounds. Lovely pool area and restaurant with views across the bay. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good base for exploration. Some points however to be aware of. Rooms and especially bathrooms are really small. We had an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. You could hear the conversations and snoring of the neighbours! Not sure if this is a problem in other rooms. Beach is quite dirty with seaweed and other vegetation. The hotel does its best to manage people wanting late check-outs which are rarely possible. They offer a cloakroom with single shower to use before leaving. It’s small and hot. However, they have no luggage storage room and so have piles of bags dotted around the reception, people opening them, going up and down to shower. It does not give a professional impression to people arriving. They should find a solution for a baggage store and keep all this out of sight. Also if not 100% occupancy, they should block a least desirable room as a courtesy room for showering."
