The rental is ideally located 550m from the shops and 1400m from the city, the port and the beach. You have a private parking space. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of a dining area and the living room. The kitchen is separate just opposite. For the sleeping area, you will find 2 bedrooms equipped with a 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds. For amenities, you will find a bathroom with separate toilet. Regarding the exteriors, you have access to a terrace accessible from the living room. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with wifi. Access to the swimming pool is fenced and secured by an access gate. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your holidays in Sanary, pleasant memories. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance is paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. The final cleaning is included and included in the price. For more comfort, you have the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We ask for a deposit to be paid to us on arrival by check or cash, it is not cashed and given back on the day of departure if everything is in order. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière and you can enjoy the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for making olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruit, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheese, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden.
