This beautiful house in SANARY SUR MER is ideal for a stay with family or friends, offering a capacity of up to 6 travelers.

Located in a quiet residential area, it allows you to enjoy the sweetness of Provencal life while being close to the local entertainment.

Its privileged location guarantees you a relaxing holiday just minutes from the major points of interest of the seaside resort.

The sleeping area is carefully allocated for everyone’s comfort.

The first room on the first floor accommodates a double bed of 140 x 200 and a bunk bed with two single beds, ideal for children.

The living room located on the ground floor offers a second bedroom capacity and has a sofa bed offering an additional bed for two people: This additional bed therefore does not have privacy or a double door. Please take this into account when planning your stay.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

To prepare your meals, you will enjoy a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave and a fridge-freezer. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available for your gentle awakenings.

The house has a functional bathroom with hairdryer included.

Please note that the accommodation does not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.

The exteriors are a real asset for your stay: you can relax on the terrace or balcony adjacent to the large room, and enjoy a very large fenced garden.

The land is divided into two private plots.

Please note the presence of a secure well on the property; for safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to climb on one’s coping.

On the practical side, a private parking space is available on site for a vehicle, allowing you to park in complete serenity: A reserved space is symbolized by a parking sign placed when entering on the left of the gate.

A set of two keys will be given to you: one for the gate (which must absolutely be closed after each use) and the other for the main entrance door.

The location is exceptional: you reach the port of Sanary and all its amenities in just 5 minutes walk.

The famous beach of Portissol is also 10 minutes walk, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea without car constraint.
