You will find a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, accommodating up to four people. The property offers Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, heating, a fan, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. The main highlight is the outdoor area: you can enjoy a serene 700 m² garden, an open terrace, a bioclimatic pergola, a barbecue, an electric plancha, and outdoor cooking plates. Up to three cars can be parked directly on site. Cats and birds are allowed. The property is accessible on one level, without steps. Night parties are not permitted. Waste sorting is in place; further information will be provided on site.



Please note that the access road is very steep and has a sharp bend. If you have a trailer, it is recommended to contact in advance. The house is equipped with a septic tank, with suitable cleaning products provided for your use.
