"We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. "The home was gorgeous and amazing! Every detail was covered. We rent every year in RI and this was our favorite. Beautifully appointed/ the renovation/build left nothing to chance. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and 3rd floor kitchen were perfect. So much room for a larger family. There is an Additional kitchen in the first floor living area with a full bath so it was great for a couple of the young adults to stay there. The outdoors had a beautiful large gas firepit with plenty of seating - and two types of grills! There is even an elevator- which is very unique but incredibly helpful bringing up luggage and grocery etc. Communication throughout was excellent. Very quick walk to Roger wheeler beach and loved our daily morning walks through the neighborhood. Also very close to other restaurants and ice cream and Scarborough beach is a very close drive as well. We would definitely look to stay here again!"

"Only needed a couple nights stay in Pt Judith, had family staying at another rental, wanted something close by. This was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach, short walk to the water. Had everything we wanted. Pics looked like it's a tiny little lot, we were pleasantly surprised to find there was a decent sized deck in the back with a table and chairs. Close enough to the water to see it, took full advantage of that ocean breeze you get there. Had little to no contact with the host - which was perfect, we didn't need to. Everything was spot on. Other than letting us know the house was ready, and us saying thanks when we left. Left us a little care package for our stay, very nice touch. Place was clean and was every bit as advertised. Would certainly do it again, gladly recommend this to anyone I know who might be looking. Will try and rent it again next year if it's available."

"We had a wonderful stay here! The beds were super comfortable, the location was great (we loved walking down to Iggy’s and Aunt Carrie’s ice cream), and the house was spotless. The host is extremely responsive. We would absolutely come back here next summer!"

"Really great stay. We loved the spacious deck overlooking the bird sanctuary. We were treated with beautiful sunsets. Short walk to the beach. Nice beds, linens, plenty of towels. Fully equipped kitchen with good quality dishes, pans etc. Central air. Thanks so much!"
