"The phone in the room was not working. Their excuse was that they were going to redo the phone lines in all the rooms. The hot water took 15 minutes to get going. Couldn’t get in contact with anyone, as the office was close at 9 PM. The shower conditioner container had two different contents in it with two different colors. I could fine better furniture at a goodwill store. My apple pay account was compromised even as the wifi connection appeared to be secure. No cell tower connection in the area. The room was aged, but the outside was nice. location was good "

"This is a gorgeous stop on my trip between Phoenix and Colorado. The rooms and the views are lovely. It feels very safe and peaceful. It’s also a great location to stay with kids! "

"Hotel room was tiny, barely room to get out of bed. Fridge was in the bathroom. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Check-in and checkout staff were unfriendly and verging on rude. Certainly not worth the money we paid for it."

"This is an absolute gem of a cabin! We loved our stop here while visiting Monument Valley. Our cabin was adorable with comfy beds and a nice living space. We used the bbq outside and cooked on the hot plate as there is a full kitchen minus the stove. Note there is no grocery store in Bluff but there is a convenience store with staples for groceries. This was a quiet and beautiful place to stay with a family and budget friendly….. would highly recommend "
