"Horrible place. Got locked out of my room and the guy at the front desk gave me another room but couldn't get my stuff out of the room til housekeeping came in 6 hours later. I called the Cops to come by and help me out with the situation and while I was in my car waiting there was homeless camped out all over. So the Cop showed up he helped with the situation but I still had to wait 6 hours to get back into my room. Bad vibes all over. I came in tired and wanted a nice place to rest and it turned into a mindfu$&."

"It was small, quiet and a great place to relax. Mineral pool and hot tub were amazing. Beautiful decor in and out of the room. City of Desert Hot Springs is a but run down but 69i can always go into Palm Springs to eat and then come back to this quaint and little gem of a hotel. Massage treatments are also great!"
