Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.

I had a GREAT stay at this hotel! It was perfect for me traveling alone and not needing all the bells and whistles of a more expensive place. Very near to Sannomiya Station. Easy access to tourist attractions and plenty of places to dine. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. Great choice for families.

The Oriental Hotel was very comfortable and attractive with lovely views of the bay or mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and overall very charming. Just steps from baggage claim in the airport terminal this hotel can't be more convenient, particular for international travelers transiting via Osaka to other domestic destinations in Japan.

The hotel has a lovely modern feel. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but manageable. On-site laundry is convenient, but the dryers take forever to dry clothes, about 3 hours per load. Train station nearby and many affordable restaurants are nearby.
