"I can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is great for a large party, with a large kitchen/dining area and plenty of bedrooms - we had 15 and still had a couple empty beds. Awesome pool area and the beach access is right across the street - it's literally as good as beach front without being beach front. The owners are great too and even stopped by when we had an issue as small as a tv remote not working, and I'm not afraid to say it was actually operator error on my part!Thanks again for a great week at Sandbridge!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. We really loved this home because it offered so much of what we wanted to do on vacation including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and boat/kayak access on the canal. The beach was a short walk out of the neighborhood and across the street to the quiet Sandbridge Beach. We liked the home and location so much we’ll look to stay at this home again."

"Let’s start with the host. Cathy was amazing during the booking, prior to arrival, during our stay and afterwards. During our stay she immediately addressed two concerns I raised to her - which was really important and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The house had a brand new pool - which really made for a nice beach and pool vacation. Oceanfront, easy access to/from made the beach experience so relaxing. We had 9 guests (6 adults and 3 kids under 4) so for a house that sleeps 20 plenty of room. Also, our dog was able to enjoy the trip too. He’s part of the family and the house was great for him. So glad it’s a pet friendly house.While I’m not a huge fan of street parking right outside of the house - this section of sandfiddler road allows street parking - so a minor thing but no real impact to our day. Just that cars were always parked there.The screened in porch was great for dinner and playing games. It needed a nice cleaning after we arrived - but it was worth it.Created some amazing memories - we will be back."

"We came from PA to VA for our grand daughter’s high school graduation. We were perfectly situated by the water for sunsets! The deck was fabulous for visiting family and for relaxation. The water feature and garden were amazing! The accommodations were perfect for the two of us and very clean. I loved the artwork and decor!! "

"Sunrise on the Atlantic and Sunset on the Bay makes for this perfect retreat! Restaurants are within walking distance and it’s just a short drive to the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. The owners are beyond accommodating and prove to be in the best interest of their guests. This is truly the most relaxing space and I’ll be visiting again! Loved it! "

"The place was beautiful The king size bed was a little firm fir my liking, but the beautiful view made up for it. The kitchen was stocked nicely, including a bottle of wine. Plenty of beach stuff provided. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again. "
