"I'll begin by saying that we had a fantastic trip to Sea Watch last week. If you're looking for a place to be near the ocean with family and friends, I highly recommend it.The property manager, Cathy, is awesome. Beach houses invariably have issues and quirks. Well, we had an issue with an AC unit and Cathy was corresponding with us at 10pm to help and she had a technician out to fix the unit first thing the next morning. Cathy saved our vacation.The house is better equipped than even what is shown in the pictures. There is a second refrigerator downstairs, for example.Our kids loved the pool and the fact that we could easily visit the beach. Our kids were, however, sad that there weren't TVs in the bedrooms, but my wife and I couldn't have been happier. The only thing we would note as being at all negative was the layout. The beach exits on both the upper and lower levels go either through a bedroom or right next to a bedroom. For us, this worked well because it meant that we could control whether our kids could get to the pool. I could see it being annoying for other families. "

"The house is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect with ocean views and direct beach access. In addition to the beach, our family enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, and all of the outdoor living spaces. Cathy is a great host! We look forward to returning someday!"

"The cottage was cozy and clean. We enjoyed the sunset from the outside porch. We also enjoyed the kayaks and family atmosphere of the community. The closeness to the beach was convenient as well. The dryer may need to be repaired because it runs very rough. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. We really loved this home because it offered so much of what we wanted to do on vacation including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and boat/kayak access on the canal. The beach was a short walk out of the neighborhood and across the street to the quiet Sandbridge Beach. We liked the home and location so much we’ll look to stay at this home again."
