"Our TV sound stopped working one night. Happened to catch the maintenance guy in the hall. He worked on it for awhile. He couldn’t get the sound to work either so he brought us a new TV. And he wouldn’t accept a tip. It’s not a free breakfast hotel and I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. They could use a bigger parking lot although we were there in August which is high season. Really convenient to the ferry."

"Will stay here again. Everything was perfect. Clean and new. Perfect place to stay in Yarmouth to board the CAT ferry. Breakfast was great! Bed comfortable. Shower refreshing! Thank you!"

"Beautiful and cozy little apartment close to Mavillette beach. Hosts even remembered us from last year and addressed a few recommendations we had shared at that time. Extra perks were the fresh vegetables, herbs, and access to the clothesline!"

"We booked here because of the close proximity to the CAT Ferry. (10 minute drive). The room was nice. Slightly dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. There was no coffee maker in my room and when I went to the office to ask about coffee they gave me a one cup kurig and all the fixings to make coffee in my room. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall it was a good night stay."

"Incredible property at a very convenient location. We could not have been happier with this beautiful accommodation! Communication with the host was wonderful at the time of booking and at check in. Everything was super clean, exceptionally maintained, and felt very safe. We would come back here in a heart beat. If you are using the CAT ferry, this location is perfect. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay-we wish we had booked more than one night!"
