We arrived earlier than scheduled and they moved us into a double room which was prepared, so thank you for being supportive. The room, had everything you need, inclusive of a small kitchen, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient."
