"Wonderful B&B, hosts Dan and Sarah are exceptional and provide such a beautiful and inviting place to stay. Several full breakfast options are provided, and ready when scheduled. We loved being central to all the things we planned to do in our brief stay. We would definitely come back to stay again. "

"I felt like I was staying at a best friend or a close family member’s house. Where I could come and go as I please and was offered every amenity available, but also was greeted with the warmth of family at the most significant times. It was hard to convince my wife we couldn’t stay longer."

"Nothing! The description of the property was misleading! It was so bad, we stayed only one night! The owners agreed to refund 2 days we did not stay there, but the next day, the owners disappeared. We could not reach them. Their mailbox was full and they would not return our texts messages! So Beware! Do not stay there!!!"

O'Keeffe Paints, XL room with lock for Balloon Fiesta!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"This is a very nice place to stay. When reading the description, it states 1 locked bedroom and 1 bathroom and shows pictures of the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and patio. It does not say, 6 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with rented rooms. There was approximately 10 people in the house with 2.5 baths. It worked out fine but I didn’t realize that this was a room rental. The stay was pleasant. I just like to know what I am renting when I agree to a rental. Just want others to be aware."

"This house has space to spare and has everything you need, just like being at home. The host's extra touches made the stay extra special. The location is quiet and private and the views are beautiful. The road is narrow and gravelly on the final stretch to the house, but it is worth the drive into the location."
