"Booked due to bad traffic and arrived late, Shower light didn’t work so was gloomy, water pressure was near enough-non existent, mirror arm was broken. Couldnt leave open window due to noise from fan. Left early and spoke to a lovely man. Bed was comfy."

"Room was dirty, stains on the bed, poo stains on the bathroom wall. What looked like blood near the window. Found a dirty pair of socks in the wardrobe. The man in reception was rude when checking myself and my partner in. Will not be coming back!"
