"I loved the experience. The staff very helpful specially lakshay at front desk. He allowed us to do early check in because they had the room available. I liked the food we ordered. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. The way it’s built is cute and impressive. "

"Had a great vacation at this resort with my family. The service was amazing. The staff was very helpful and served us well, especially at the dining hall. The food was really good, served hot, right amount of spice and a good variety on the menu. The only suggestion, would be to include more sweet dishes. "The hotel manager, Naveen, was absolutely excellent! When we needed transportation from our hotel in Shimla, he arranged a cab for us (Innova) with a very good driver at an very reasonable price. He was also very helpful when it came to organizing transportation in and around Narkanda."
