About this property
Best location! King bed master suite with private rooftop patio and steam room.
- Best location! Within 3 blocks of all downtown amenities, including City Beach, Sand creek Trail, boat launch, restaurants, bars, The Hive and the Panida entertainment venues and more. Private fenced rooftop patio. Artistic home with beautiful touches and everything you need for a 5-star stay. Solar Hot Water heat for the the environmentally conscious. Steam room in bath.
40 restaurants within a 4 block radius plus lots of retail shops and entertainment. You can't find a better location for all Sandpoint has to offer.
Home was built by and served as residence of Sandpoint's longest serving mayor. Note there is a separate unit downstairs with a separate entrance that can also be booked and combined for larger groups.

Everything was good. The only thing I might change is leaving some instructions for the hot plat or whatever the cooking surface is. If you have never used one it takes a minute to figure out.

Loved it! The location is perfect, it’s within walking distance of the water, food and shopping! Inside was very clean. Outside patio had animal hair on the couch but was otherwise a beautiful spot for morning coffee.
