Clean Sandpoint condo 10 min from Schweitzer base in quiet lakefront community

This newly remodeled, clean and cozy condo in the serene Westwood community is just 1.5 miles from downtown and 3 miles to the Schweitzer shuttle at the base of the mountain. Enjoy private lake access with a beach, swimming docks, heated pool, tennis, pickle ball & basketball courts (Pools and courts available Memorial Day - Labor Day)

This sweet condo overlooks a lovely pond and has a fully equipped kitchen, private deck, bbq, gas fireplace. The loft offers a separate living area and exercise equipment. We always use 100% cotton sheets on our comfortable, new beds.

KITCHEN
The kitchen offers updated appliances and all of the cookware you need for dining in. Additionally, there is a toaster, drip coffee pot, popcorn air popper and crock pot.

LIVING ROOM
The TV has cable and apps, including a complimentary Netflix account and other apps like Prime, Hulu, etc that you can sign in with your account. The leather sofa has reclining seats and the gas fireplace offers quick heat and atmosphere! There are books and games in the media center.

BEDROOM #1 is a king sized bed with a new mattress and 100% cotton sheets. There is a dresser, closet, AC and fan.

BEDROOM #2 is a queen sized bed with a new mattress and 100% cotton sheets. It has a closet and is attached to the 2nd bathroom.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom #1 is right outside bedroom #1, in the hallway leading to bedroom #2. We provide white, 100% cotton bathroom linens, hair dryer and a curling iron.

Bathroom #2 is attached to bedroom #2 and has a tub/shower combo. We provide white, 100% cotton bathroom linens and a hair dryer.

LOFT
The loft has two floor couches that fold out to futons. There are weights, a resistance band, yoga mat and natural disinfectant for after use.

DECK
Enjoy the quiet, peaceful deck overlooking the pond. There is outdoor dining furniture and a bbq.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool, kiddie pool, and courts are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

There is one air conditioning unit in bedroom #1 and fans in each bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living space.

We loved the stay! Excellent communication, clean and the community is fantastic! Private lake community access and pool! The lake access is definitely only for older kids/adults as it’s deep but there is a sandy area that out smaller child played in. Minutes from other lake beaches that are very nice. We will definitely stay again! The only thing is the listing shows AC but it is only one bedroom and a stand alone style unit.

The place was nice but only a/c was in one bedroom and it was pretty warm in the living room. The place is a little dated but in a good location. Bed was comfortable. Owner responded quickly with our trouble with the front door lock and with a/c.

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed the weekend at this cute condo. The deck overlooking the pond was a plus plus with the waterfall and ducks. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. We recommend for sure.

Nice place 2 night stay

Nice place. Door lock took some getting use to. More consumables needed like dish soap. Layout best for people with kids. Upstairs not useful for adults.

Great location, easy access to Schweitzer

We had a great stay with our teenage boys! They loved the comfy recliner sofa and fireplace, it was a quick 30 minute drive up to Schweitzer for skiing, and 5 minutes into town for shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable living

Cute property with good beds. Gas fireplace was very nice with the cold weather this week! We didn't know there wasn't a dishwasher so my husband has dishpan hands but all is good. :)

Fantastic Stay!

This condo was a great place for our family of four to stay while visiting Sandpoint. The neighborhood and lake area were very nice and our kids loved the heated pool.

Nice location, super clean and comfortable condo... beds comfortable and linens were great. Kitchen stocked to prepare meals... patio by stream awesome. We loved the community pool and proximity to the lake.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable (nice to have cotton linens also). The until was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was close by which was a bonus for my kids, and it was lovely and quiet sitting on the back deck overlooking the pond watching the ducks. The location was great, just a few mins from the downtown. We were able to bike into town (there is a bike path along the road), and it looked like there were other bike paths in the area also but we didn’t get a chance to venture down any. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is clean and well kept. The property is very close to the lake so it’s in a quiet area, yet close to town. Schweitzer mountain is conveniently about a 25 minute ride.

VRBO Sandpoint Idaho

We enjoyed our stay at your VRBO condo and our friends enjoyed coming over for a few days from Spokane. We liked the spiral staircase to the higher level. It’s a nice touch. There was some kind of presetting that had to be done with the door lock. I had to call about that to get it figured out. It would have helped to know what to do to make it work via an email before arriving. Anyway, I figured it out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was nice. Sandpoint is a very nice place. The location is close to the lake.
