Elegant, Downtown 2-Bedroom Apartment. Recently updated

This popular downtown apartment has just been refreshed! New paint, updated bedding and furniture, a new smart TV, new washer/dryer, and new amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit with stainless appliances, wood floors, and slate tile. The open plan between kitchen and living room is great for gathering and entertaining. The comfortable living room includes a large new SmartTV and a charming freestanding gas fireplace. There’s also a new loveseat with comfortable full-sized pull-out bed for your extra guest or kids. There is a walk-in closet with a new washer/dryer (December 2025), and plenty of closet storage -- including shoe racks. The main entry also has a generous closet for coats and gear.

Our location is ideal in downtown Sandpoint, within walking distance of favorite coffee shops, City Beach, the Marina, all the downtown restaurants, live music, wine bars, and shopping including outdoor gear and bike shops, and lots of gift and antiques shops. In the summer, enjoy Sandpoint's lively farmer's market just down the street with local produce, crafts and live music. Biking and walking paths are also accessible within a couple of blocks from the front door. Please note that the apartment is right downtown, in the heart of everything, which is about as urban as Sandpoint gets! Our guests love the location for its convenience and access, but if you are looking for waterfront or mountain views, this is probably not the place for you!

Did you know Sandpoint has a free local bus? There's a SPOT bus stop only about a block away from the apartment, and you can ride it to Schweitzer’s Red Barn to catch the shuttle to the village. With Schweitzer’s increased terrain and visitors, this is a great way to avoid the parking hassle on the mountain!

And while we offer a great location to walk or bike from, off-street parking for your own vehicle is included, giving you freedom to get up to Schweitzer or access more remote hiking areas or day-trip locations.

Perfect Spot for a Stay in Sandpoint

My two teenage boys and I stayed here for a ski weekend at Schweitzer. It's roomy, high end and the location is perfect! It has my strongest recommendation!

This is a great location in the heart of Sandpoint. Close to so many places to eat (Joel's is a must) and easy to access. The host are friendly and were great.

Roomy and great location

The apartment was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. The location can't be beat for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful.

This apartment was perfect for a one night stay in Sandpoint. The location was ideal, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc… The unit was charming and clean. Would have liked a faster WiFi. It was usable, but slow. We had an enjoyable stay.

Ideal Location to Everything

We loved our one night stay here. The entry is inconspicuous, but once you enter it has a semi-loft layout with everything you need and plenty of space. Beds were comfortable, as we couch and seat. The fully equipped kitchen was great.

Great location!

My sisters and i came to Sandpoint to spend a few days with our Dad whi was staying at the Best Western. The location was ideal for our needs and the space was comfortable and roomy for our group. My Dad is 88 yet town was so close they he could join us on walking strolls to shops and eateries. Thanks for the nice stay.

Very Well Located

This property worked well for us for a 3 day stay in Sandpoint. It is right in the center of town. It is a bit unusual, but was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and all you need for a pleasant stay. We would stay there again.

Great place and location

Location and proximity to downtown Sandpoint was great. Pretty much everything we wanted to do and see in town was within walking distance. For runners, access to running trail along the river was close, safe and accommodated whatever distance we wanted to run. Also provided for an easy commute to Schweitzer mountain ski resort.

Great downtown stay!

It was good!!!! Spacious well stocked except an empty bag of coffee 😢. Comfy beds , clean shower, nice set up. An odd amount of dust on the light switch plates and there was no parking permit but otherwise good. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great place to stay in downtown Sandpoint

Location location. This VRBO was about 3 blocks from the restaurant we met friends for dinner about 1.5 blocks from the theater where we had tickets for a show. The owner Matt was super nice. The rental was clean, comfortable, and beds were perfect for sleeping. Highly recommended. I'm sure we will be using this rental again.

Comfortable apartment, great downtown location

We stayed here while visiting some friends who live in Sandpoint. The apartment was well equipped and had comfy furniture in the living room. The owner was very responsive with the only issue we had— the parking pass needed for our car was missing. Apparently the previous guests had forgotten to leave it behind, but Charles was very nice and made sure it wasn’t a problem. We had a great stay.

Great visit to Sandpoint

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Gave easy access to downtown Sandpoint. Kids and parents could go different ways. A few blocks from the basketball court and public beach. Really close to yoga and morning coffee. Made for a relaxing short get away. Would definitely stay again.

Great downtown location

This property is in the heart of downtown. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The property was a little hard to find mainly because we arrived at night so the signage was hard to read in the dark. Property was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the heat the first night but the property manager was very quick to respond and fixed the issue. Other than that it was quiet and a comfortable stay.
