Great downtown Sandpoint location!

Centrally located South Sandpoint house, only 4 blocks from the Lake & Memorial Field (home of the Festival of Sandpoint) and within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops and Sandpoint City Beach! The house has two bedrooms with a queen bed & two twin beds. Full bath with tub/shower & washer/dryer. Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning along with 1 off street parking spot & street parking, fenced back yard with gas grill, patio furniture & umbrella.
Close to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.
Note: During the summer season we add two more window AC units so that each room has its own (besides the one on the social area).

Rules

The maximum number of people that can stay at the house is 4. If more than 4 people stay at the house you will be charged $100 per guest per night.
No pets allowed. If you violate the no pet policy you will be charged $150 plus the additional cleaning required.
Please be mindful of preventing stains in the linen after kids-friendly activities involving slime, kinetic sand, etc. to avoid additional charges.
