Only steps from the stunning shores of Lake Pend Oreille, this condo is part of one of downtown Sandpoint’s few waterfront living communities. Whether you’re here to unwind by the water or head up to Schweitzer for skiing or biking (just a 25-minute drive), you’re in the perfect spot for every season

A short five-minute walk or bike ride puts you close to many of Sandpoint’s best restaurants and cafés, including Fat Pig, MickDuff’s, Evans Brothers Coffee, Matchwood Brewing, City Beach Organics, Powderhound Pizza, the Pend Oreille Winery, and a variety of local boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios.

Our thoughtfully appointed one-bedroom condo features comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio for relaxing summer evenings. After a day on the lake or the mountain, rest easy on the luxurious king bed or sleeper sofa.

Guests have full access to the Condo del Sol community amenities, including two seasonal pools (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis courts, a volleyball court, a half basketball court, and beautiful open lawns perfect for lounging or playing bocce ball.

In winter, downtown Sandpoint transforms into a skier’s haven. Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just 25 minutes away, and the town’s cozy cafés and bars fill with skiers swapping stories over local brews. Take a scenic walk along Lake Pend Oreille and experience the charm of Sandpoint’s winter wonderland.

Your stay includes secure keypad entry, with access information provided through Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.

Located in sought-after South Sandpoint, the condo offers easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions—all just steps from the water and surrounded by well-kept lawns and landscaping.

For those looking to explore, two new cruiser bikes are available for guest use. You’ll find them in the nearest bike rack; simply contact us for the lock code. Downtown is just a quick ride away—please remember to bring a helmet and always lock the bikes when you’re out.

We also offer an optional boat slip rental for guests, available for $100 per day or $250 per weekend. Please note your interest when booking so we can confirm availability, review details, and collect the required proof of insurance.

While we live in Spokane and may not be able to greet you in person, we’re always available for any questions or assistance during your stay.

Family adventure

Enjoyed the beauty of Idaho. The lake was nice. The location was perfect and walking distance to many great restaurants and close to the beach. Silver wood amusement park which was the main reason for the trip, was not too far as well.

Super cute spot in a great location

Beautiful spot, fantastic location, great for couples/a small family! Owner was lovely to deal with, property is really well maintained and super cute, and the pools are an excellent bonus. Easy walk into town/City Beach, or a short drive to the beach if you’re packing the many things needed by a toddler for the day. Was the perfect spot for a wonderful long weekend!!

Condo was clean and comfortable as advertised. It is smaller but the layout makes it seem bigger than it is (bedroom and bathroom are separate from the main living and kitchen.We had a little glitch at check in with the door code but Evan was quick to respond and resolved the issue! He was very nice and accommodating!!

Very clean and accomating unit. Short walk to Lake and downtown. Very quiet and calm. Even better than our high expextations. Owner is a great guy and goes out of his way .Even called a couple of times to see how things were going. MUCH BETTER THAN THE BEST HOTEL.

Gem on Lake Pend Oreille

We were in town for a family weddding. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We were able to prepare a nice dish to take to the brunch the day after the wedding. The kitchen is well stocked with utinsils. The neighborhood is very quiet so we enjoyed good nights sleep. It would be a joy to stay here during the summer months, so close to the beautiful lake.
