- Brand new cottage! This cottage is centrally located off of Kootenai Cutoff, 10 miles to Schweitzer Ski Resort, 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach, and less than a mile from Highway 95. The cottage is surrounded by shops, coffee stands, Walmart, restaurants, and other conveniences. The cottage faces McNearney Park - the perfect place for children to run about while you watch them from the front porch. Granite countertops, full laundry space, boot dryers, ski rack+!
