Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were some issues that maintenance needs to fix. We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. They did get someone out to fix the lock in a few hours but we needed someone to stay behind to be there and they missed out on the evening’s events. A few things that needs extra attention - Toilet in half bath keeps running (the handle is broken and needs to be giggled back up after flush)Kitchen cabinet above sink has a loose doorHandle on entertainment shelf in living room looseDrain in master bath drains very slowOven extremely dirtyI’m only writing these things here because I don’t know how else to communicate it as there was no one in communication with us. It’s our first time using VRBO so I’m not sure if that’s usual or not. I had family that rented another condo at the same place and their property manager was in touch throughout the entire process. I followed their lead and information because we weren’t given much.
