Our Boatyard Loft and Suites Unit A

Our new (2019) comfortable & spacious 1500 sq. ft. 2 bedroom condo is in the center of all the activity. Only a 1/4 mile from Cedar Point to the east and a 1/4 mile to downtown Sandusky & the Jet Express ferry boat to the Lake Erie Islands of Put In Bay and Kelley's Island. Only 1 mile to the Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point & The Cedar Point Sports Center. Great dining and spectacular sunsets await you downtown. Only a short 10 min. drive to the Kalahari Resort, many clients love staying off site of their function there. Fishing charters or sunset cruises, even a boat ride to a beach are available. Kayak and paddle board rentals nearby as well as jet ski rentals. Many State and Metro parks and wildlife areas to explore. Our area is rich in history, come and explore. Sandusky is one of only two cities Washington DC being the second) in the united states completely layed out out in our Masonic Symbol.

Perfect for a weekend getaway...

Met all of our lodging needs, extremely clean and well kept. The view left a little to be desired and we never did find the hot tub, but overall a nice weekend in Sandusky.

Inside was just beautiful. Neat and clean. Just a very short drive to Cedar point. We enjoyed our stay! Will stay again as we have season passes for next year!

Felt like home

Place is very clean and spacious. Very accommodating. If your looking for a quiet place to relax this is the place for you. The locked area to store your boat is a great feature when not on the water. Will be back in the future.

Ideal for a Cedar Point Visit

This was my second time staying at this property, and I highly recommend it for those visiting Cedar Point. You can't get much closer without staying on park property, and that would lack the amenities you get here (kitchen, separate bedrooms, etc.). Very quiet location, comfortable beds, and a spacious kitchen and living room area. Plus great communication with the hosts.

Comfortable and Convenient

The house is very nice and comfortable and is a 5 minute drive to Cedar Pointe amusement park! For a family of 4 who likes to cook to save money, my only suggestion for this place would be to provide a few more utensils and plates to minimize dish washing on vacation. It was a great place, and we would stay again.

Great experience. Property manager is sweet and super helpful. Great location to all areas sandusky, very spacious for a 2 bedroom and all nneded items were on hand. Will be rebooking for our next trip.

Great place 5 min from Cedar Point!

Had a great time with family at Heather’s property! She was communicative prior to arrival and was able to accommodate an earlier check in to accommodate our flights! Property is spacious, beautiful, well maintained and extremely clean! Huge bonus that it is literally 5 minutes from Cedar Point! I will for sure be utilizing this property for future stays on our Cedar Point trips!

Perfect location; clean and spacious

We were impressed with this rental. The living/ kitchen/ dining area was very spacious and cozy. Lots of furniture for watching TV and socializing. Plenty of seating at dining table for snacks/ meals and game night. Beds were clean and comfortable. Perfect location about 3 minutes from the Cedar Point causeway. Convenience stores, groceries, and gas all nearby as well.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable!

We came for a baseball tournament and then stayed a couple days to explore Sandusky, Marblehead, and enjoy Cedar Point. The place was clean, had what we needed, and was conveniently located to everything.If we return, we will definitely stay here again.To the baseball moms—bring a roll of quarters for the washer and dryer. It’s 2 to wash 2 to dry. Also, bring an extra nightlight if your kids don’t like the dark. There are no windows in the bedrooms and they are dark!

Highly Recommend

The listing was exactly as stated on VRBO. it was clean, spacious, had all the essentials and so close to everything. 5 minutes from Cedar Point, 7 minutes to Cedar Point Sports Complex and lots of restaurants nearby. Heather and Brandon were so amazing to work with. Instructions were very clear on everything. Brandon stopped to say Hello when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. Even gave us suggestions on the best places in town. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning!!!

We loved this property! Lots of space in each room. Beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. We walked to downtown Sandusky several times and checked out the bars and parks. The fold-down futon in the living room was a touch small for sleeping two people, but there is a large sectional sofa with recliners if the futon doesn’t work for two adults. Also, there's plenty of room for a large air mattress in either bedroom or in the living room, if you prefer that. We had a great experience and I highly recommend!

The place was great for our family and convenient for our trip to Cedar Point. Google maps directed us to the wrong location a couple doors down, but the owner responded immediately and gave us guidance to get to the correct spot. We would stay again!

Family Vacation for Dance Comp and Cedar Point
