If you are looking for the perfect waterfront getaway, look no further! This unit has breathtaking views of the new Jackson Street Pier and Sandusky Bay from its large private patio. Located in the center of the building, this condo is just steps from the pool, parking and walkable Downtown Sandusky. With so many fun recreational activities, this Chesapeake Lofts condo in the heart of Downtown Sandusky is a vacation destination you won't want to miss!


**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

-We can not accommodate check-ins earlier than 4 pm.

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

**TV's are smart-enabled – No cable or streaming subscriptions included. You're welcome to log in with your own accounts. Please let us know if you have any questions!**

** Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions. **

**Periodically, this building undergoes maintenance that may impact the view and noise in this unit. Please inquire if you have any questions.**

**Coin operated laundry facilities inside building.**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony at anytime.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.**

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sandusky! The condo was great - perfect location, nicely furnished and very roomy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. A great spot for fun

Fully enjoyed this unit during recent trip to Sandusky. The check in process was seamless, the unit was clean modern and well equipped. The location is AMAZING for access to all the restaurants and bars in Sandusky, the ferries to Kelly’s and Put In Bay. Overall wonderful.

Walked into a wonderfully clean condo that smelled so fresh! Large, comfortable living area with perfect sized open kitchen. We found multiple fishing areas. The hosts gave excellent food/drink recommendations.View of the Ferry coming home from Canada. Huge pool and spa. We had a fantastic time!

We were in town for an event at Kalahari resort. We found this location to be ideal for good food good drinks and a great view The sun sets from this complex are phenomenal. We arrived and found the property exactly as described very clean the small things like bottles of water in the fridge and coffee ready to be made in the morning or a nice touch this is a wonderful property I'm sure everyone would enjoy their stay Great hosts they gave us very helpful dining suggestions and things to do in the region if you get a chance and are in the area definitely check this place out
