Waterfront 4/5 BR Near CP and Sports Force

Bay-front location. This large single-family house is located on a small lane off Cedar Point Road and is just three miles down the road from Cedar Point Amusement Park, two miles from Sports Force and an 11 minuet drive to Kalahari Resorts.

This home has a private yard with bay frontage for enjoying sunbathing, fishing, and viewing the beautiful sunsets.
The home features a large great room, four/five bedrooms, and three baths. The kitchen has two work areas--each with a sink, disposal, and dishwasher—make large group entertaining easy. The large deck with a natural gas barbecue directly off the great room, with access through sliding doors from both the kitchen and living area, makes outdoor dining a pleasure. A full bath is easily accessible from both rooms.
The upstairs primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bath with shower, and a walk-in closet. Off the master is a small bedroom perfect for a young child with a twin bed and a crib. This room is a large walk-in closet. Also on the second floor is a kids’ suite with one queen bed and three twin beds and a private full bath.

One of the main-level bedrooms has a king-sized bed while the other features a king bed as well. The main floor full bath is easily accessible from both rooms. The laundry room, with washer and dryer, is on the main floor.

With easy access to Cedar Point and the Lake Erie Islands and many other local attractions, this is a great house from which to enjoy your summer vacation!

If you are looking for housing for a large group, this is one of four properties that I have on the Cedar Point peninsula. Two of the others are just a couple doors away from this house.

On the Bay

Listing is accurate. A Lovely house right on the Sandusky Bay. Quiet street with friendly neighbors. Host was friendly and responded to our needs. A large home with plenty of space for family or friends to reconnect!

Grandpas Fishing Trip

We stayed at the next door property in September for my Grandfathers Birthday. In February Grandfather said he’d like to go back up to lake to fish. This house was The Perfect vacation house. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved the open layout. I was able to work remote from here with no issues. We fished morning and night. Caught catfish, Bowfin, Bass, and I’m sure something else. House had room downstairs for grandpa which is essential. The weekly rate was an amazing value. Hope we can find time to stay another time. Absolutely worth every memory

Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 6 adults and 4 children, this property was perfect! We came to the area to go fishing and the water front also provided a great spot for the kids to fish. Parking was a little tight with 2 boats, but it was doable. Beds were very comfortable and set up nicely.

Birthday getaway

Grew up driving the Chausee to Cedar Point and wanted to spend my Birthday weekend showing my friends my favorite park. This house was a perfect getaway, quiet and clean, and central to everything we wanted to do.

A wonderful Stay

This was a mini family reunion. We all enjoyed the calm atmosphere, the ducks and geese on the bay just off the deck. The house itself was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location with plenty of parking. We had a leaking dishwasher (first run) and the owner was right on top of it and had it fixed in no time. Would go back in a heart beat.

Beautiful View, Beautiful Property

Our family had a wonderful time! The house is right on the water and across from a nature reserve. There were birds and lily pads and sunsets to enjoy from inside and outside. Sliding doors led out to the deck from the living room and kitchen. The primary bedroom was huge and had its own balcony. We hope to go back.

Sandusky Eclipse

Overall, a beautiful lakefront spot to watch the 2024 Solar Eclipse. Spacious property for 4 couples to eat, play cards/games, and sit around the lakefront firepit. The host Julie and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

Family Get Together

Beautiful and Spacious

We didn't spend a lot of time staying in the house, but it was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful view. I'm sure in summer it's even better! We had great communication with Doug. We are definitely keeping this in mind for our youth retreat next year if we don't have too many students!
