The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a nice residential area in south-west Luxembourg in the Sandweiler district. Being situated so close to Grund and Airport, a very popular Luxembourg tourist area, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, nightlife spots, markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, fitness centers, dry cleaners, laundromats, hairdressers, shopping malls and so much more in the nearby vicinity.

Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min.

Getting Around:
The apartment is 8.9 km or about a 15-min drive from the Gare Lux Train Strain and 6.6 km or about a 9 min drive from Airport (LUX). There are other means of transportation like the Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Escapade au Luxembourg en famille
Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce logement proche du centre, facilement accessible en bus. Nous avons visité le centre ville, et les différents quartiers en nous y rendant en bus. Nous avons également visité en voiture la vallée des 7 châteaux. Nous avons apprécié la taille de l appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes, le parking privé, la terrasse. Les points à améliorer : le tuyau du pommeau de douche fuit, la lunette des toilettes n'est pas bien fixée, la lumière du miroir de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Mettre à disposition du liquide vaisselle serait appréciable. Propreté à l intérieur des tiroirs laisse à désirer. La terrasse n était pas du tout accueillante: les coussins sales étaient entassés dans un coin, le barbecue gorgé d eau, les vitres très sales... Problème de clés à l arrivée : qu une seule clé dans la boîte à clés. Heureusement cela a été réglé mais dommage pour le stress occasionné...

Een heel mooi appartement met alle benodigdheden
Het appartement was keurig verzorgd en uitgerust. Alles was aanwezig. en met de lift of trappenhuis goed bereikbaar. Parkeren in de ondergrondse privé parking. In online video's werd alles goed uitgelegd. Mooie omgeving en een prima uitvalsbasis om andere steden en dorpjes te bezoeken. Helaas werden we op de aankomst dag wél onaangenaam verrast door het schoonmaakpersoneel dat veel te laat was gestart. Onze incheck was 15:00 uur, maar om 16:25 uur kwamen zij pas het appartement uit. We hebben dus bijna anderhalf uur geen gebruik kunnen maken van het appartement. Vreemde situatie en geen enkel excuus of iets dergelijks. Dat was erg teleurstellend.
