• Pets: 1 dog allowed with prior approval—please reach out before booking. No restricted breeds.

• A/C: Window A/C units on the main floor and in the second-floor primary bedroom. Ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms, plus 3 portable fans.

• Internet/TV: WiFi available. Living room smart TV with cable; a second TV in a bedroom is for video games only and has no cable or smart features.

• Minimum Stay: In season: 7-night minimum, Saturday–Saturday. Some off-season dates: 3-night minimum; inquire for details.

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in at 3 PM / Check-out at 10 AM. Check in directly at the property with a lockbox.
