During peak summer weeks it is typical for our properties to require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

Nestled in the charming Town Neck area of Sandwich, The Cottage is the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing Cape Cod vacation. This quaint 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers a welcoming atmosphere and all the comforts of home, just minutes from the beach.
Step inside The Cottage and into the cozy seating area with a gas fireplace for the cooler night. The seating area is open to the fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for 4 guests. The countertop offers additional seating for 2 to enjoy your morning cup of cup of coffee. Head through the kitchen to find the newly updated bathroom with a stall shower.

Bedroom 2 - has a Full-size bed. Washer and dryer in additional space off of bedroom
Central AC throughout the home to keep you cool and comfortable. The living area is bright and airy, cuddle up on the couch and enjoy a movie after a day at the beach. This couch also converts into a full-sized bed. There are sliding doors off the living room that lead to a spacious deck perfect for enjoying the fresh Cape air. The deck offers plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. This property has an additional deck off of the kitchen. Outside, you'll find a large enclosed backyard, ideal for kids to play. Relax on the deck or rinse off after a day at the beach in the convenient outdoor shower.
With easy access to Town Neck Beach, the Sandwich Boardwalk, and local dining and shops, this charming cottage is your perfect home base for exploring all that Cape Cod has to offer.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa for payments.
