Cottonwood Retreat with Hot Tub & Sauna

Homemade cookies will welcome you to this Hot Tub and 8 man Sauna in this lower level 3 bedroom, 3 bath luxury retreat. It is the ultimate hideaway on a shelf of the Wasatch Mountains just 20 minutes to Alta and Snowbird, world class ski resorts and only 40 minutes to Park City and all the world-class activities it offers. Not to mention the close proximity of Salt Lake City and the cultural events! With all the amenities of appliances, furniture and bedding to keep it cozy and comfortable. A four season location for year-round fun! This spacious 3200 square feet open floor plan keeps everyone feeling connected during your stay. Three of the rooms have their own smart TVs to enjoy, an extra large twin/futon is in the commons area, with little privacy . Your private 8 man sauna to unwind after skiing or a long hike has all the benefits for a relaxing evening. The hot tub is shared with other guests that may be staying on the upper level (1 King Suite).
Please note there are 14 wood and stone stairs to enter inside. Deer also frequently visit us, they are our friends and we welcome them, so please be respectful when they are near.
