This home is located in Sandy at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon just 9 miles from about the best skiing in the world- Snowbird & Alta. This is the closest Valley Large Ski Home to Snowbird/Alta just up Little Cottonwood Canyon Road. This 7 bedroom 4 bath 4500 square foot ski home also offers easy access -Brighton and Solitude in 15-20 minutes.

The Cottonwood 3.2 Ski Home offers seven bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths - This home has fabulous views of the Wasatch Mountains from your private hot tub (Dec 15-April 15) in the back yard, you can see forever on a clear day! This home has 2 sets washer/dryers, 2 full kitchens, a total of 4 living/family rooms on 3 levels, high speed internet, 3 cable HDTVs. Easy walk to the Ski Bus to Alta/Snowbird.

Exceptional family ski home
This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Utah. We came in for Christmas and right from the start we felt at home. The house was spacious, clean, and had so many amenities! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. Kevin even put up Christmas decor for us. So thoughtful! The home is less than 15 minutes away from Snowbird, which is where we skied for 4 days. The hot tub was perfect for days after skiing. Also super close to a grocery store, Starbucks, gas, and restaurants! Would 1000% come back to stay and definitely recommend. OH and did I mention the amazing mountain view’s from the home?! Stunning!
