"In various parts of the hotel there were smells of pot, cigarettes, and mildew (in the room). In general, the hotel did not smell clean or fresh. There was plastic trash of some kind floating in the pool. We had no remote or power to the TV when we arrived, but maintenance was available on a Sunday which was impressive. Special KUDOS to front desk clerk, Javaughn, who expedited getting maintenance assistance for the TV after 1+ hours of waiting, and regular coffee (not decaf) to the room after 2 contacts/requests with the front desk the next morning. He’s a rock star and gets stuff DONE!!"

"The front desk guy was informative and explained everything very easy to understand. The cleaning crew must be doing a good job because I don’t see any mess at all. The pool was clean and breakfast was put out and refilled with stuff when it was low. Parking was simple enough. Everything was perfect"
