"Everything was great until I forgot my black purse in the room where we were staying in so I called tis evening nd the front desk answered nd she put me on hold to talk to housekeeping and c said it’s here nd I will leave it in the front desk I also gave her my daughters are picking it up so now they say theirs nothing in the front n housekeeping isn’t there too so I hope they give me my purse back just pissed rn nd I trusted tis hotel was good place to stay "

"My husband and I stayed for one night in a king bed, upper floor, city view. Staff were friendly and helpful and the place felt secure. However, when we called down to the front desk, for an extra toothbrush, it was quite overpriced for what we were given. Most places we’ve been to provide those types of things as complimentary. The bed was comfortable, it was pretty clean (no funky smells), and quiet. It would have been helpful to have an additional fridge or more room in the drink fridge for personal items. Some of the rain shower nozzles were clogged and we had to clean it ourselves. Other than that the room and experience were great. "

"I've stayed in this hotel many times but was stuck in the central rooms (605) and all I heard was the stupid elevators going all night. Luckily, I was very tired from a long day. Just make sure if you stay they, be in the outside rooms."

"Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service "
